AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING BUILDING, ELECTRICAL,
PLUMBING, HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING PERMIT
CHARGES AND INSPECTION FEES FOR THE CITY OF
EULESS; PROVIDING A CUMULATIVE AND SAVINGS
CLAUSE; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS,
TEXAS, that:
I.
The Officers and Agents of the City of Euless shall hereafter
collect the following charges for Building Permits, Electrical
Permits and Heating and Air Conditioning Permits, as shown in the
schedule below:
II.
This Ordinance is cumulative of all other ordinances involving
Inspection Fees and Permit Charges, and in the event of conflict
between this Ordinance No. 150 and Ordinances Nos. 28
39 =ind 62 and , then in such event, this Ord ance No --h0
shall govern.
III.
Any person, firm, or corporation violating the terms and
requirements of this Ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor
and shall be fined a sum not less than $10.00 and not more than $200.00,

and each day such violation continues shall constitute a separate
offense.
IV.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect following
its adoption and publication as provided by law.
