AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 33 IDENTIFIED
AS THE TEMPORARY COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE OF
THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS, PROVIDING FOR CHANGE OF
DESIGNATION IN CERTAIN AREA AND AMENDING ZONING
MAP TO CONFORM WITH SUCH AMENDMENT; AND PROVIDING
FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of the City of Euless, after
consideration of application from the owner of real property
hereinafter described, situated within said City, and having
held public hearing thereon, in which all interested persons
and owners of property in the vicinity of said realty were
given ample and sufficient opportunity to be heard in connection
with said application, have recommended to the City Council a
change in the zoning designation of said tract, and as by law
provided publication of a Notice of Final Hearing on such
recommendation was made by publishing the same in The News - Texan,
the official newspaper of the City on the _Z _f ` "''day of ( tom_
1961, and after said public hearing being held in accord nce wi h
the said notice in which all owners of property in the City of
Euless, Texas, were given ample and sufficient opportunity to be
heard, the City Council deems it to be to the best interest of
said City and its inhabitants that such recommendation be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS:

be amended to read as follows:
