a
City Engineer W. A. Elliott, Jr., discussed
some of the problems of getting rid of excess water in parts of the City.
R recommended that in the future when a developer brings in a plat on a rew
addition, the City Council should consider the water drainage of the area,
and possibly in some cases storm sewers would have to be installed or drainage
ditches cut to take off the excess water from heavy rains.
