AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING AND DESIGNATING THE TAX
ASSESSOR AND COLLECTOR OF THE HURST - EULESS- BEDFORD
INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT AS TAX ASSESSOR AND
COLLECTOR FOR THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS, TO ASSESS
AND COLLECT TAXES OF SAID CITY FOR THE YEAR 19621
AND TO PERFORM ALL DUTIES OF TAX ASSESSOR AND
COLLECTOR EXCEPT THE BOARD OF EQUALIZATION, AND
PROVIDING THAT SAID TAX ASSESSOR AND COLLECTOR
SHALL BE EX OFFICIO SECRETARY OF THE BOARD OF
EQUALIZATION AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
EULESS, TEXAS:

THAT The City of Euless, Texas, hereby appoints and
designates the Tax Assessor and Collector of the Hurst- Euless-
Bedford Independent School District, Tarrant County, Texas, as
the Tax Assessor and Collector for the City of Euless, to assess
and collect taxes on all property located within the corporate
limits of Euless, Texas, for the Year 1962; and to perform any
and all duties of the Tax Assessor
