AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 33 IDENTIFIED
AS THE TEMPORARY COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE OF
THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS, PROVIDING FOR CHANGE OF
DESIGNATION IN CERTAIN AREA AND AMENDING ZONING MAP
TO CONFORM WITH SUCH AMENDMENT; AND PROVIDING FOR
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of the City of Euless,
after consideration of application from Macie Austin, owner
of the real property hereinafter described, situated within
said City, and having held public hearing 'thereon, in which
all interested persons and owners of property in the vicinity
of said realty were given ample and sufficient opportunity to
be heard in connection with said application, having recommended
to the City Council a change in the zoning designation of said
tract, and as by law provided publication of a Notice of Final
Hearing on such recommendation was made by publishing the
same in the Daily News - Texan, the official newspaper of the
City, on the / y day of , 1962, and after said
public hearing being held in a or nce with the said notice
in which all owners of property in the City of Euless, Texas,
were given ample and sufficient opportunity to be heard, the
City Council deems it to be to the best interest of said
City and its inhabitants that such recommendation be approved;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS:
I.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the official District Zoning Map
of the City of Euless, Texas, being a part of Ordinance No. 33,
be amended to read as follows:
THAT the designation of the tract of land, in Tarrant
County, Texas, described as follows:
BEING 1.0 acres out of the John Groves Survey 5 -599,
Tarrant County, Texas; being that same acre of land
out of the J. Wallace 40 acre tract as recorded in
Volume 177, Page 319, of the Deed Records of Tarrant
County, Texas and referred to in the Deed of Trust
as recorded in Volume 1149, Page 509, of the Deed
of Trust Records further described by metes and
bounds as follows:

BEGINNING at a steel rod in the North Right of Way
line of County Road 3005, said point being 496.3
feet East of the Northeast Right of Way of the
intersection of the County Road 3005 and County
Road 3094;
THENCE North 0 degrees, 41 minutes East, a distance
of 257.75 feet to a steel rod for corner;
THENCE East a distance of 169.0 feet to a steel rod
for ^oorner;
THENCE South 0 degrees, 41 minutes West, a distance
of 257.75 feet to a steel rod for corner in the
North Right of Way line of County Road 3005;
THENCE West with said North Right of Way line a
distance of 169.0 feet to place of beginning and
containing 1.0 acres of land more or less.
now zoned "A" Single- Family Dwelling, be zoned "B" Local
Business.
II.
THIS ORDINANCE shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage as by law provided.
