AN ORDINANCE EXTENDING THE BOUNDARY LIMITS AND
ANNEXING CERTAIN TERRITORY LYING ADJACENT TO THE
CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS; PROVIDING THAT THE ORDINANCE
BE ADVERTISED IN OFFICIAL CITY NEWSPAPER, TO BE PUB-
LISHED AT LEAST ONE TIME IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
PROVISIONS OF THE EULESS CITY CHARTER; AND PRESCRIBING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS;
I.
THAT the territory particularly described by metes and bounds in
Exhibit "A", attached and made a part hereof, being situated in Tarrant
County, Texas, and lying adjacent to the City of Euless, is hereby annexed,
brought within the Corporate Limits and made an integral part of the said
City of Euless.
THIS Ordinance is cumulative of other annexation ordinances
passed by the City of Euless and it is not the intention of this Ordinance
to annex or attempt to annex to the City of Euless any territory or land
which is already within the Corporate Limits of the City of Euless.
III.
THAT this Ordinance shall be published at least one time in the
Daily News - Texan, the official newspaper for the City of Euless, Texas,
in accordance with the provisions of the Euless City Charter.
IV.
THAT this Ordinance shall become effective and be in full force
and effect upon its final passage, which in no event shall be less than
thirty (30) days from the date of its first publication as aforesaid, and it
is so ordained.

Road), said point being the Southeast corner of the MIDWAY PARK
ADDITION to the City of Euless; -Texas;
THENCE South 00 35' W-ds =t with itfi9-West lin of North
Main Street 404.6 feet to the Northeast `oofher '`of B* lock 19" of Midway
Park No. 2;
THENCE with the boundary line of said Block 19, with the
following courses and distances: North 880 33' West 150.0 feet, South'--
00 35' West 150.0 feet, North 880 33' West 279.0 feet, and South 00 35'
West 150.0 feet, to the North line of Midway Drive;
THENCE with the North line of Midway Drive North 880 33'
We st 310.1 feet to the beginning of a curve to the right;
THENCE in a Westerly direction with said curve through a
central angle of 260 30' for a distance of 286.6 feet to the end of said
curve;
THENCE continuing with the Northerly line of Midway Drive
North 620 03' West 773.8 feet to its intersection with a curve in the
East line of Milam Drive;
THENCE in a Northerly direction with said curve to the left
a distance of 270.8 feet to the end of said curve, the central angle of
said curve being 490 50' with a tangent distance of 193.2 feet;
THENCE North 290 1.0' rest 4.9 feet to the South line of
Midway Park Addition; .
THENCE South 860 40' East 304.9 feet;
THENCE South 890 57' East 1with* the South line of said Midway
Park Addition 1450 feet to the Place of Beginning.
