AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING A CERTAIN AERIAL EASEMENT
ACROSS THE NORTH FOUR FEET OF LOT THREE, BLOCK
THREE, EULESS GARDEN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF EULESS,
TEXAS, SUCH EASEMENT HAVING BEEN PREVIOUSLY DEDICATED
TO THE PUBLIC.
WHEREAS, an aerial easement having been dedicated to the
Public across the North four (4) feet of Lot Three (3), Block
Three (3), EULESS GARDENS ADDITION to the City of Euless, has
been abandoned for public use as an easement, is not in use, and
such use is not anticipated, and it appears to be to the public
interest to abandon such easement;
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS, that the four (4) foot public easement
across the North four (4) feet of Lot Three (3), Block Three
(3) of the EULESS GARDENS ADDITION to the City of Euless, Texas,
be and the sane is hereby abandoned.
PRESENTED and given First Reading on the �-- day of
