PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
FEBRUARY 16, 2016
MINUTES
A regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission was called to order by
Chairman Richard McNeese at 6:34 p.m. on February 16, 2016 in the Council
Chambers of City Hall, 201 North Ector Drive. Those present included Chairman
Richard McNeese, Vice Chairman LuAnn Portugal, and Commission Members:
Eric Owens, Kenny Olmstead, Ronald Dunckel, Steve Ellis, and David Brown.
STAFF PRESENT:
Mike Collins, Director of Planning and Economic Development
Stephen Cook, Senior Planner
Mollie Snapp, Administrative Secretary
VISITORS:
INVOCATION
Commissioner Ronald Dunckel gave the invocation.
THE PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Commissioner Steve Ellis led the pledge of allegiance.
ITEM NO. 1. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF PLANNING AND ZONING MINUTES
Approve Planning and Zoning Commission minutes of
a regular meeting of February 2, 2016.
Vice Chairman LuAnn Portugal made a motion to approve the minutes for the
called meeting of February 2, 2016. Commissioner Ronald Dunckel seconded
the motion. The vote was as follows:
Ayes: Chairman Richard McNeese, Vice Chairman LuAnn Portugal, and
Commission Members: Eric Owens, Ronald Dunckel, Steve Ellis, and David
Brown.
Nays: None
Abstention: Kenny Olmstead
Chairman Richard McNeese declared the motion carried. (6-0-1)

ITEM NO. 2. CASE NO. 16 -02 -FP — CONSIDER APPROVAL OF
CONVEYANCE PLAT
Approve a request for a Conveyance Plat to be located on 57.238
acres out of the A. J. Huitt Survey, Abstract No 684, located east of
S. Industrial Boulevard, south of S.H. 183 and north of W. Euless
Blvd.
Commissioner David Brown made a motion to table case no. 16 -02 -FP.
Commissioner Kenny Olmstead seconded the motion. The vote was as follows:
Ayes: Chairman Richard McNeese, Vice Chairman LuAnn Portugal, and
Commission Members: Eric Owens, Kenny Olmstead, Ronald Dunckel, Steve
Ellis, and David Brown.
Nays: None
Abstention: None
Chairman Richard McNeese declared the motion carried. (7-0-0)

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 6:40 p.m.
