AN ORDINANCE EXTENDING THE BOUNDARY LIMITS AND
ANNEXING CERTAIN TERRITORY LYING ADJACENT TO THE
CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS; PROVIDING THAT THE ORDINANCE
BE ADVERTISED IN OFFICIAL CITY NEWSPAPER, TO BE PUB-
LISHED AT LEAST ONE TIME IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
PROVISIONS OF THE EULESS CITY CHARTER; AND PRESCRIBING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS:
I.
THAT the territory particularly described by metes and bounds
in Exhibit "A", attached and made a part hereof, being situated in Tarrant
County, Texas, and lying adjacent to the City of Euless, is hereby annexed,
brought within the Corporate Limits and made an integral part of the said
City of Euless.
II.
VHIS Ordinance is cumulative of other annexation ordinances
passed by the City of Euless and it is not the intention of this Ordinance
to annex or attempt to annex to the City of Euless any territory or land
which is already within the Corporate Limits of the City of Euless.
III.
THAT this Ordinance shall be published at least one time in
the Daily News- Texan, the official newspaper for the City of Euless,
Texas, in accordance with the provisions of the Euless City Charter.

THAT this Ordinance shall become effective and be in full force
and effect upon its final passage, which in no event shall be less than
thirty (30) days from the date of its first publication as aforesaid, and it
is so ordained.

Exhibit "A"
BEING a tract of land out of the E. ROGERS SURVEY, Abstract
No. 1299, Tarrant County, Texas, and being bounded on the North by the
area annexed to the City of Euless in accordance with Ordinance No. 70,
on the East and South by the area annexed in accordance with Ordinance
No. 10, and on the West by the area annexed in accordance with Ordinance
No. 69, and being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the East line of said tract described
in Ordinance No., 69, 61 feet South from the Northeast corner of said
tract, said point also being the Westerly Southwest corner of said tract
described in Ordinance No. 70;
THENCE with the following courses and distances with the boundary
of said tract as described in Ordinance No. 70: East 413.9 feet; South 394.4
feet; and East 685.2 feet to a point in a West line of said tract described in
Ordinance No. 10;
THENCE with the boundary line of said tract described in Ordinance
No. 10; South 288.5 feet and West 1125 feet to a point in the East line of
the tract described in Ordinance No. 69;
THENCE North with said line 683 feet to the Place of Beginning.
