AN ORDINANCE EXTENDING THE BOUNDARY LIMITS AND
ANNEXING CERTAIN TERRITORY LYING ADJACENT TO THE
CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS; PROVIDING THAT THE ORDINANCE
BE ADVERTISED IN OFFICIAL CITY NEWSPAPER, TO BE PUB-
LISHED AT LEAST ONE TIME IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
PROVISIONS OF THE EULESS CITY CHARTER; AND PRESCRIBING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS:
1.
THAT the territory particularly described by metes and bounds
in Exhibit "A ", attached and made a part hereof, being situated in Tarrant
County, Texas, and lying adjacent to the City of Euless, is hereby annexed,
brought within the Corporate Limits and made an integral part of the said
City of Euless.

THIS Ordinance is cumulative of other annexation ordinances
passed by the City of Euless and it is not the intention of this Ordinance
to annex or attempt to annex to the City of Euless any territory or land
which is already within the Corporate Limits of the City of Euless.

THAT this Ordinance shall be published at least one time in
the Daily News- Texan, the official newspaper for the City of Euless,
Texas, in accordance with the provisions of the Euless City Charter.
IV.
THAT this Ordinance shall become effective and be in full force
and effect upon its final passage, which in no event shall be less than
thirty (30) days from the date of its first publication as aforesaid, and it
is so ordained.
PRESENTED and given First Reading on the -M day of October,
19 62 , at a ke-gg M eeting of the City Council of the City of
Euless, Texas; and given Second Reading, passed and approved on the X7
day of 0 V 19 62 , by a vote of �_ Ayes and
Nays at a JSA, A Meeting of the City Council of the City of
Euless, Texas.

BEING a part of the JAMES P. HALLFORD SURVEY, Abstract No.
711, Tarrant County, Texas, said tract being bounded on the East and
South by the City of Euless Annexation Ordinance No. 10, and on the North-
west by City of Euless Annexation Ordinance No. 107, and being more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the West line of North Main Street
(Euless- Grapevine Road), said point being at the Southeast corner of
Lot 1, Block 1, MIDWAY PARK ADDITION, said corner also being in the
South line of the tract described in Annexation Ordinance No. 83;
THENCE South with the West line of North Main Street, 889.6
feet to the Southeast corner of commercial tract D of MIDWAY PARK, said
point being the most Easterly Southeast corner of the tract described in
said Ordinance No. 107;
THENCE with the following courses and distances with the boundary
line of the tract described in said Ordinance No. 107: Westerly 301.0 feet;
Southerly, 295.4 feet; Westerly 619.1 feet; Southerly 400.3 feet; Westerly
410.0 feet and Southerly 318.7 feet to the most Westerly Southeast corner
of the tract described in said Ordinance No. 107, a point on a North line
of said Ordinance No. 10;
THENCE with the following courses and distances with the boundary
line of said Ordinance No. 10: Easterly 1136. 6 feet; Southerly 100 feet and
Easterly 238 feet to a point in the East line of North Main Street (Euless -
Grapevine Road), said point being an inside corner of said tract described
in Ordinance No. 10;
THENCE Northerly with the East line of said North Main Street,
at 1966 feet pass the most Northerly Northwest corner of said tract described
in Ordinance Nb. 10, in all 1988. 6 feet to the Southeast corner of the tract
described in said Ordinance No. 83;
THENCE Westerly with the South line of said tract described in
Ordinance No. 83, across North Main Street to the Place of Beginning.
