AN ORDINANCE EXTENDING THE BOUNDARY LIMITS AND
ANNEXING CERTAIN TERRITORY LYING 'ADJACENT TO THE
CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS; PROVIDING THAT THE ORDINANCE
BE ADVERTISED IN OFFICIAL CITY NEWSPAPER, TO BE PUB-
LISHED AT LEAST ONE TIME IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
PROVISIONS OF THE EULESS CITY CHARTER; AND PRESCRIBING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS:
I.
THAT the territory particularly described by metes and bounds
in Exhibit "A ", attached and made a part hereof, being situated in Tarrant
County, Texas, and lying adjacent to the City of Euless, is hereby annexed,
brought within the Corporate Limits and made an integral part of the said
City of Euless.
II.
THIS Ordinance is cumulative of other annexation ordinances
passed by the City of Euless and it is not the intention of this Ordinance
to annex or attempt to annex to the City of Euless any territory or land
which is already within the Corporate Limits of the City of Euless.
III .
THAT this Ordinance shall be published at least one time in
the Daily News - Texan, the official newspaper for the City of Euless,
Texas, in accordance with the provisions of the Euless City Charter.
IV.
THAT this Ordinance shall become effective and be in full force
and effect upon its final passage, which in no event shall be less than
thirty (30) days from the date of its first publication as aforesaid, and it
is so ordained.
PRWENTED and given First Reading on the day of October,
1962, at a e Meeting of the City Council of the City of
Euless, Texas; a nd given Second Reading, passed and approved on the D17
day of , 1962, by a vote of�Ayes and
Q Nays at a Meeting of the ity Council of the City
of Euless, Texas.

BEING A part of the E. ROGERS SURVEY, Abstract No. 1299,
Tarrant County, Texas, and being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the North line of Pipeline Road (County
Road No. 3005), said point being 2158 feet East from the East line of
Farm Highway No. 157, said point also being the Southerly Southeast
corner of the tract of land annexed by the provisions of City of Euless
Annexation Ordinance No. 69;
THENCE North 322.2 feet to a re- entrant corner as described
in said Ordinance;
THENCE East 277.7 feet to the Northerly Southeast corner of
said tract described in said Ordinance, said point being in a Westerly
line of the tract described in City of Euless Annexation Ordinance No.
10;
THENCE South with the boundary line of said Ordinance No:.
10 to a point in the North line of Pipeline Road;
THENCE West with the North line of Pipeline Road to the Place
of Beginning.
