AN ORDINANCE EXTENDING THE BOUNDARY LIMITS AND
ANNEXING CERTAIN TERRITORY LYING ADJACENT TO THE
CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS; PROVIDING THAT THE ORDINANCE
BE ADVERTISED IN OFFICIAL CITY NE WSPAPER, TO BE PUB-
LISHED AT LEAST ONE TIME IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
PROVISIONS OF THE EULESS CITY CHARTER; AND PRESCRIBING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS:
I.
THAT the territory particularly described by metes and bounds
in Exhibit "A ", attached and made a part hereof, being situated in Tarrant
County, Texas, and lying adjacent to the City of Euless, is hereby annexed,
brought within the Corporate Limits and made an integral part of the said
City of Euless.

THIS Ordinance is cumulative of other annexation ordinances
passed by the City of Euless and it is not the intention of this Ordinance
to annex or attempt to annex to the City of Euless any territory or land
which is already within the Corporate Limits of the City of Euless.
III.
THAT this Ordinance shall be published at least one time in
the Daily News - Texan, the official newspaper for the City of Euless,
Texas, in accordance with the provisions of the Euless City Charter.
IV.
THAT this Ordinance shall become effective and be in full force
and effect upon its final passage, which in no event shall be less than
thirty (30) days from the date of its first publication as aforesaid, and it
is so ordained.

Exhibit "A"
BEING a 9 -acre tract of land, part of which is out of the North -
East corner of the HAMILTON HUST SURVEY, Abstract No. 657, and a part
os which is out of the Northwest corner of the H. McCOY SURVEY, Abstract
No. 1073, Tarrant County, Texas, said 9 -acre tract also being the same
9 -acre tract excepted and excluded from the description of the City of Euless
Annexation Ordinance No. 42, dated February 24, 1956, and being more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the North line of said HUST SURVEY,
30 feet East of the Northwest corner of the tract described in said Ordinance
No. 42, said point also being 178 feet West of the Northeast corner of the
said Hust Survey;
THENCE East with the North line of said Hust and McCoy Surveys
649 feet;
THENCE South 25 feet to the South line of County Road No. 3091
(Pipeline Road);
THENCE South 16 degrees 24 minutes West 748.6 feet to the
Southeast corner of said 9 -acre tract;
THENCE West 435.7 feet to the Southwest corner of said 9 -acre
tract;
THENCE North, parallel to and 30 feet East of the West line of
the "First Tract" described in said Ordinance No. 42, 750.1 feet to the
Place of Beginning.
