AN ORDINANCE EXTENDING THE BOUNDARY LIMITS AND
ANNEXING CERTAI N TERRITORY LYING ADJACENT TO THE
CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS; PROVIDING THAT THE ORDINANCE
BE ADVERTISED IN THE OFFICIAL CITY NEWSPAPER, TO BE
PUBLISHED AT LEAST ONE TIME IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
PROVISIONS OF THE EULESS CITY CHARTER; AND PRESCRIBING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS:
I.
THAT the territory particularly described by metes and bounds
in Exhibit "A", attached and made a part hereof, being situated in Tarrant
County, Texas, and lying adjacent to the City of Euless, is hereby annexed,
brought within the Corporate Limits and made an integral part of the said
City of Euless.
Ii.
THIS Ordinance is cumulative of other annexation ordinances
passed by the City of Euless and it is not the intention of this Ordinance
to annex or attempt to annex to the City of Euless any territory or land
which is already within the Corporate Limits of the City of Euless.

THAT this Ordinance shall be published at least one time in
the Daily News - Texan, the official newspaper for the City of Euless,
Texas, in accordance with the provisions of the Euless City Charter.
IV.
THAT this Ordinance shall become effective and be in full force
and effect upon its final passage, which in no event shall be less than
thirty (30) days from the date of its first publication as aforesaid, and it
is so ordained.

BEING a small tract of land out of the E. ROGERS SURVEY,
Abstract No. 1299, Tarrant County, Texas, bounded on the Northeast and
South by the City of Euless Annexation Ordinance No. 110, and on the
West by the City of Euless Annexation Ordinance No. 25, and being more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the East line of F. M. Highway No.
157, 270 feet North of its intersection with the North line of Pipeline
Road (County Road No. 3005);
THENCE North with the East line of F. M. Highway No. 157,
a distance of 85 feet;
THENCE East 68 feet;
THENCE South 8 feet;
THENCE East 8 feet;
THENCE North 8 feet;
THENCE East 74 feet;
THENCE South 85 feet;
THENCE West 150 feet to the Place of Beginning.
