AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ANNEXATION ORDINANCE
NO. 171 AND EXTENDING THE BOUNDARY LIMITS AND
ANNEXING CERTAIN TERRITORY LYING ADJACENT TO THE
CITY OF EULESS. TEXAS, PROVIDING THAT THE ORDINANCE
BE PUBLISHED IN OFFICIAL CITY NEWSPAPER, TO BE PUB-
LISHED AT LEAST ONE TIME IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
PROVISIONS OF THE EULESS CITY CHARTER; ANDPRESCRIBING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

THAT the territory particularly described by metes and bounds In
Wilbit "A",, attached and made a part hereof being situated its Tarrant

BEING a part of the SOLOMON HU1TT SURVEY# Abstract No, 706,
and the A, BRADFORD SUR'VE'Y, Abstract No.. 152, Tarrant County, Texas, and
being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the most Northerly Northwest corner of the City of
Euless Ordinance No. 10, dated July 6, 1953, said point being In the East
line of County (toad No. 3129 (Euless - Grapevine Road), now mown as North
Mein Street In Euless;
THENCE Northerly with the East line of said County Road No. 3128
apprwd mately 1,200 feet to the Northeast corner of the area annexed to the
City of Euless through the provisions of Ordinance No, 83;
THENCE Westerly with said boundary line to the Wrest line of
said County Road No, 3129+
T11NCE Northerly with the boundary line of the area annexed to
the City of Euless through the provisions of Ordinance No. 88 to the Northeast
canner of said area, a point in the South line of County Road No, 3011, a
print in a► South lima of the area annexed to the City of Euless through the
provisions of Ordinance No. 48;
THENCE Easterly with the South ling of said area and the South
line of County Road No. 3011, a distance of approximately S, 000 feet to the
West Une of said County Road where It turns South, said point being a
Northwest corner of an area annexed to the City of Euless through the pro-
visions of Ordinance No, 49;
THENCE Southerly with the boundary line of said area annexed
through the provisions of Ordinance No. 49, and with the West line of
County Road No. 3€111 to the North right-of-way Une of State Highway No.
183,
THENCE Westerly with the North line of State Highway No. 183
and the boundary line of said area described in Ordinance No. 49 approxi-
mately 2, 600 feet to the most Northerly Southeast corner of the area annexed
to the City of Euless as described In Ordinance No. 10;
THENCE with the boundary line of the area described in said
Ordinance No, 10, North 2,400 feet; West 1,260 feet; North 679 feet and
West 1, 271 feet to the Place of Regiming.

and effect upon its final passage, which in no event shall be less than
