AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 33
IDENTIFIED AS THE TEMPORARY COMPREHENSIVE
ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EULES.S,
TEXAS, PROVIDING FOR CHANGE OF DESIGNATION
IN CERTAIN AREA AND AMENDING ZONING MAP TO
CONFORM WITH SUCH AMENDMENT; AND.PROVIDING
FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of the City of Euless,
after consideration of application from Paul Huffhine, owner
of the real property hereinafter described, situated within
said City, and having held a public hearing thereon in which
all interested persons and owners of property in the vicinity
of said realty were given ample and sufficient opportunity to
be heard in connection with said application, having recommended
to the City Council a change in the zoning designation of said
.tract, and as by law provided, publication of a Notice of Final
Hearing on such recommendation was made by publishing the same
in the T,p wpw� Toxan , the official newspaper of
the City on the i dth day of June , 1963, and after
said public hearing being held ill accordance with the said
notice in which all owners of property in the City of Euless,
Texas, were given ample and sufficient opportunity to be heard,
the City Council deems it to be to the best interest of said
City and its inhabitants that such recommendation be approved;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS:
1.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the official District Zoning
Map of the City of Euless, Texas, being a part of Ordinance
No. 33, be amended to read as follows:
THAT the designation of a tract of .Land, in Tarrant
County, Texas, described as follows:
PLAT of. a 4.07 acre tract of land out of the J. W.
Haynes Survey, Abstract No. 768, in the City of
Euless, Tarrant County, Texas, described by metes
and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at the NW corner of Lot 7, Block 1,
MORRISDALE, an addition to the City of Euless,
Tarrant County, Texas, according to plat re-
corded in Vol. 388 -25, Page 62, Plat Records
of Tarrant County, Texas,
THENCE North 1 deg. 25 min. East 373.5 feet to a pin
in the center of pavement on Pipeline Road, (County
Road No. 3091);
THENCE South 81 deg., 27 min., East 100 feet;
THENCE South 77 deg. 25 min. East 100 feet;

THIS ORDINANCE shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage as by law provided.
PRESENTED and given First Reading on the 23rd day of
July , 1963, at a Regular Meeting of the City Council
of the City of Euless, Texas; and given Second Reading, passed
and approved on the 13th day of August 1963, by
a vote of 3 Ayes and 1 Nays at a Regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Euless, Texas.
