AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 33
IDENTIFIED AS THE TEMPORARY COMPREHENSIVE
ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EULESS,
TEXAS, PROVIDING FOR CHANGE OF DESIGNATION
IN CERTAIN AREA AND AMENDING ZONING MAP TO
CONFORM WITH SUCH AMENDMENT; AND PROVIDING
FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of the City of Euless, after con-
sideration of application from Fred Tucker, et al, owners of the real property
hereinafter described, situated within said City, and having held a public
hearing thereon in which all interested persons and owners of property in
the vicinity of said realty were given ample and sufficient opportunity to
be heard in connection with said application, having recommended to the
City Council a change in the zoning designation of said tract, and as by
l9w provided, publication of a Notice of Final Hearing on such recommenda-
tion was made by publishing the same in the Da i t y News Texan
the official newspaper of the City on the 28th day of August ,1953,
and after said public hearing being held in accordance with the said notice
in which all owners of property in the City of Euless, Texas, were given ample
and sufficient opportunity to be heard, the City Council deems it to be to the
best interest of said City and its inhabitants that such recommendation be
approved;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF EULESS, TEXAS:

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Official District Zoning Map of the
City of Euless. Texas, being a part of Ordinance No. 33, be amended to
read as follows:
THAT the designation of a tract of land in the City of
Euless, Tarrant County, Texas, described as follo.irs:
All that certain tract or parcel of land out of the J. P. Halford
Survey, Abstract Number 711 in Tarrant County, Texas, and
being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of Lot 11, Block 25 of
the Midway Park Addition Number 2, to the City of Euless,
Texas, according to the plat as filed in Volume 388 -13, Page 79,
of the Plat Records of Tarrant County, Texas;
THENCE South 880 27' East 356.2 feet,
THENCE South 880 39' East 410.0 feet;
THENCE South 000 38' West 40.0 feet;
THENCE in a Southerly direction 226.31 feet with a curve
to the left of a central angle of 200 03' and a tangent of
150.0 feet;
THENCE South 000 38" West 261.8 feet;
THENCE North 890 23' Vest 481.6 feet;
THENCE North 270 26' "Vest 368.8 foot;
THENCE in a Northerly direction 350.96 feet with a curve to the
right of central angle of 280 59' and a tangent of 179.33 foot to
the point of beginning,
and
All that certain tract or parcel of land out of the;. P. Halford
Survey, Abstract Number 711 in Tarrant County, Texas, and
being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the North line of the Bedford- Euless
Road 744.4 feet `%'est of the Southeast corner of a tract of
land deeded to Garl Horton by deed recorded in Volume 2915, Page
207, of the Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas;
THENCE North 390 23' West 229.6 feet;
THENCE North 000 37' East 335.0 feet;
THENCE in a Northerly direction 319.40 feet with a curve to the
left of central angle of 280 03' and a tangent of 163.0 feet:
THENCE North 270 26' West 17.3 feet;
THENCE South 890 23' East 449.6 feet;
THENCE South 000 38' West 418.1 feet;
THENCE North 890 23' West 135.0 feet;
THENCE South 000 38' West 239.0 feet to the point of beginning,
now zoned "A '' Residential, be :coned "C" Commercial in accordance with
Ordinances Nos. 33 and 153 and subsequent amendments thereto.

THIS ORDINANCE shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage as by law provided.
PRESENTED AND GIVEN FIRST READING on the 8th day of pmramh,-r ,
1964, at a requ I ar meeting of the City Council of the City of Euless,
Texas; and given Second Reading, passed and approved on the 22nd day of
Deagmb_gr , 1964, by a vote of __A _Ayes and ___a _Nays at a
regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Euless, Texas.
