AN ORDINANCE CLOSING A PORTION OF CROWE DRIVE
FROM TOPLEA STREET TO SAGEBRUSH DRIVE IN THE BELL
RANCH TERRACE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF EULESS,
TEXAS, SUCH STREET HAVING BEEN PREVIOUSLY DEDICATED
TO THE PUBLIC.
WHEREAS, the portion of Crowe Drive from Toplea Street to Sagebrush
Drive in the Bell Ranch Terrace Addition to the City of Euless, Tarrant County,
Texas, having been previously dedicated to the public, but having never been
used as a public street and such use not being anticipated, and it appearing
to the public interest to close such portion of Crowe Drive,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS:
1.
That the portion of Crowe Drive from Toplea Street to Sagebrush Drive
in the Bell Ranch Terrace Addition to the City of Euless, Tarrant County,
Texas, be, and the same is hereby closed and abandoned as a public street
and the ownership thereof returned to the property owners of record adjacent
to the part of Crowe Drive closed by this Ordinance.
2.
This Ordinance shall take effect upon its adoption and publication
as by law provided.
PRESENTED and given First Reading on the 8th day of uctober
1963, at a Regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Euless,
Texas; and given Second Reading, passed and approved on the 22nd day of
October , 1963, by a vote of 5 ayes and 0 nays
at a Regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Euless,
Texas.
