AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 33
IDENTIFIED AS THE TEMPORARY COMPREHENSIVE
ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EULESS,
TEXAS, PROVIDING FOR CHANGE OF DESIGNATION
IN CERTAIN AREA AND AME NING ZONING MAP TO
CONFORM WITH SUCH AMENDME" AND PROVIDING
FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS the Zoning Commission of the City of Euless, after con-
sideration of application from Herman Smith, owner of the. real property
hereinafter described, situated within said City, and having hold a public
hearing thereon in which all interestsd; persons- anti owners of property in
the vicinity of said realty were given ample and sufficient opportunity to be
heard in connection with said application, having recommended to the City
Council a change in the zoning designation of said tract, and as by law
provided, publication of a Notice of Final Hearing on such recommendation
was made by publishing the same in the mews Texan
the official newspaper of the City on the 25th day of October ,
1963, and after said public hearing being held in accordance with the said
notice in which all owners of property in the City of Euless, Texas, were
given ample and sufficient opportunity Let be heard, the City Council deems
It to be to the best Interest of said City and its inhabitants that such recom-
mendation be apprarvedi
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EULESS, TEXA Si

IT 13 HEREBY ORDERED that the Official District Zoning Map of the
City of Euless, Texas, being a part of Ordinance No. 33, be amended to
read as follows,
THAT the designation of a tract of land in the City of Euless,
Tarrant County, Teems, described as follows;
Being all of Lots One -R (l -R) through Eleven -R (11 -R), Block
Three (3), Wilshire village Addition, Section 5, to the City
of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas, according to plat dated
October 3, 1953; said Lots being from the East line of
Sierra Derive, as it extends North from Kynette Drive, East
to the West line of Wilshire Drive, being 940 feet of frontage
on Kynette Drive, said tract of land being out of the Terrell
jasper Survey,
now zoned Residential "A ", be zoned ResidentiapA -2 ; Duplex, in accordance
with Ordinances Nos. 33 and 153 and subsequent amendments thereto.

THIS ORDINANCE shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage as by law provided.
PRESENTED AND GIVEN FIRST READING on the 26th day of
November , 1563, 3t a regular meeting of the Citj
Council of the City of Euless, Texas; and given Second Reading, passed
and approved on the loth day of December 1963, by a vote of
4 Ayes and Nays at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Euless, Terns.
