AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 33
IDENTIFIED AS THE TEMPORARY COMPREHENSIVE
ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EULESS
TEXAS, PROVIDING FOR CHANGE OF DESIGNATION
IN CERTAIN AREA AND AMENDING ZONING MAP TO
CONFORM WITH SUCH AMENDMENT; AND PROVIDING
FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREA.9, the Zoning Commission of the City of Euless, after
consideration of application from Tri- Cities Development Corporation,
owner of the real property hereinafter described, situated within said
City, and having held a public hearing thereon in which all interested
persons and owners of property in the vicinity of said realty were given
ample and sufficient opportunity t* be heard in connection with said
application, having recommended to the City Cou=U a change in the
zoning designation of said' tract, and as by law provided, publication
of a Notice of Final Hearing on such recommendation was made by
publishing the same in the Dail ri.. Mews Texan
the official newspaper of the City on the 17 y of December
1960, and after said public hearing being hold in accordance with the
said notice in which all owners of property in the City of Euless, Texas,
were given ample and sufficient opportunity to be heard, the City Council
deems it to be for the best interest of said City and its inhabitants that such
recommendation be approved;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS:

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Official District Zoning Map of the
City of Euless, Texas, being a part of Ordinance No. 33, be amended to
read as follows:
THAT the designation of a tract of land in the City
of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of Tract B, Block 31,
Oakwood Terrace North 1st Filing as recorded in Volume
388 -31, PagO 73, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas,
said point being 339.45 feet South 66 deg. 52 min. West
of the Southeast corner of a 95.0891 acre tract out of the
A. M. Downing Survey as conveyed to Gibraltar Builders,
Inc. as recorded in Volume 3658, Page 435, Dead
Records, 'rarrant County, Texas, said beginning
point being in the Northerly R.O.W. line of State
Highway #183;
THENCE North 11 dog. 22 min. West along the East
:ins► of said Tract B and the West R.O.W. line of
Marlene Drive 300.7 foot to the P. C. of a curve to
the right, Radius of 555.71 foots
THENCB Northerly along said curve to the right along
the West R.O.W. line of Marlene Drive 30. 35 feet to
the Northeast comer of said Tract 8 in the South R.O.W.
line of Mary Drivel
THENCE North 89 deg. 33 min. West along the North line
of said Tract B and the South R.O.W. line of Mary Drive
85.05 feet to the Northwest corner of said Treat 8 and the
Northeast comer of Lot 1, Block 211
THENCE South 0 deg. 44 min. West along the West line
of Tracct 8 and the East line of Lot 1, 126.63 feet to the
Southeast comer of said Lot Il
THENCE South I deg. 33 min. East, 313.4 feet to a
point in the South line of said Tract B and in the North
R.O.W. line of State highway #1831
THENCE North 66 deg. S$ min. East along the South
line of Tract B and the North R.O.W. line of said Highway
160.33 foot to place of begimning,
now zoned "R" Residential, be Boned "G" Commercial, in accordance with
Ordinances Nos. 33 and 153 and subsequent amendments thereto.

THIS ORDINANCE shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage as by law provided.
