AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 33
IDENTIFIED AS THE TEMPORARY COMPREHENSIVE
ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EULESS,
TEXAS, PROVIDING FOR CHANGE OF DESIGNATION
IN CERTAIN AREA AND AMENDING ZONING MAP TO
CONFORM WITH SUCH AMENDMENII AND PROVIDING
FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of th&Cit of Ei� ft fes�

consideration of application from owner oft rea prdperty
hereinafter described, situated ivithin said City, and having held a public
hearing thereon in which all interested persons and owners of property in
the vicinity of said realty were given ample and sufficient opportunity to
be heard in connection with said application, having recommended to the
City Council a change in the zoning designation of said tract, and as by
law provided, publication of a Notice of Final Hearing on such recommenda-
tion was made by publishing the same in the Daily News Texan ,
the official newspaper of the City on the 1 ?__ th ,_day of December
1962, and after said public hearing being held in accordance with the said
notice in which all owners of property in the City of Euless, Texas, were
given ample and sufficient opportunity to be heard, the City Council deems
it to be to the best interest of said City and its inhabitants that such recom-
mendation be approved;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS:

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Official District Zoning Map of the
City of Euless, Texas, being a part of Ordinance No. 33, be amended to
read as follows:
THAT the designation of a tract of land in the City
of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas, described as
follows:
BEING a tract or parcel of land out of the W. G.
Matthews Survey in Tarrant County, Texas, and
described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a point 1313 feet North and 30 feet
East of the Southwest corneaa_ot said Survey; THENCE
South 88 deg. 56 min. East 217 feet; THENCE North
1 deg. 01 min. East 511.2 feet: THENCE South 72 deg.
26 min. West 63.2 feet; THENCE North 89 deg. 08 min. West
157 feet; THENCE South 1 deg. 01 ruin. West 491 feet to
the place of beginning and con.: ,Rini.ng 2.46 acres of land,
more or less,
now zoned "R" Residential, be zoned "B", Local Business, in accordance
with Ordinances Nos. 33 and 153 and subsequent amendments thereto.

THIS ORDINANCE shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage as by law provided.
