AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 33
IDENTIFIED AS THIS TEMPORARY COMPREHENSIVE
ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EULESS,
TEXAS, PROVIDING FOR CHANGE OF DESIGNATION
IN CERTAIN AREA AND AMENDING ZONING MAP TO
CONFORM WITH SUCH AMENDMENT; AND PROVIDING
FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of the City of Euless, after
consideration of application from T ri- Cities Development Corporation,
owner of the real property hereinafter described, situated within said
City, and having held a public hearing thereon in which all interested
persons and owners of property in the vicinity of said realty were given
ample and scffieient opportunity to be heard in connection with said application,,
hewing r000rrmended to the City Council .a change in the zoning designation
of said tract, and as by law providedg publichtion of a Notice of Final Hear -
ing on such recommendation was made by publishing tine same in the
Daily News Text , the official newspaper of the City on the
17 th day of December . 1964, and after said public heari.nq being
held in accordance with the said notice in which all owners of property in
the City of Euless, Texas, were given ample and sufficient opportunity
to be heard, the City Council dooms it to be to the best interest of said
City and its inhabitants that such recommendation be apprervedj
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EULM, TEXAS:

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Official District Zoning :Map of the
City of Euless, Taxes, being a part of Ordinance No. 33, be amended to
read as followst
THAT the designation of a tract of land in the City of
Euless, Tarrant County, Texas, described as follows:
Tract A. Block 18, Oakwood Turace North 1st Filing to
the City of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas, and a strip
S. a feet wide East of and adjs►oent to said Tract A, and
being more fully described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a steel rod at the Southeast corner of Tract
A, Block 16, Oakwood Terrace North, 1st Filing as recorded
in Volume 388 -31, Page 73, Deed Records, Tarrant County,
Texas, said point being 2834.3 feet South 39 deg. 33 min.
East and 13 64. 0 feet South 0 dog. 31 min. East of the
Northwest corner of the A. M. Downing Survey A -4150
and being the Southeast corner of 9S. 0891 acre tract
conveyed to Gibraltar Builders, Inc. as recorded in
Volume 3653, ?g. 425, Deed Records, Tarrant County,
Texas, said beginning point also being in the Northerly
R.O.VV. line of States Highway #183;
THENCE South 56 deg. 52 min. West along the South line
of Tract A, and the 23orth R.O.W. line of said Highway 278.15
feet to the Southwest corner of said tract and the East R.O.W
line of Marleto Drive;
THENCE North 11 deq • 22 min. West alone the West line
of Tract A and the East R.Q.W. line tit Marten* Drive
