AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 33
IDENTIFIED AS THE TEMPORARY COMPREHENSIVE
ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EULESS,
TEXAS, PROVIDING FOR CHANGE OF DESIGNATION
IN CERTAIN AREA AND AMENDING ZONING MAP TO
CONFORM WITH SUCH AMENDMENT; AND PROVIDING
FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Zoning Commissim of the City of Euless, after
consideration of spplieation Proem Tri- Cities Development Cvrp. ,
owner of the real property hereinafter desa lbed, situated within said City,
and having held a public hearing thereon In which all interested persons
and owners of property in the vicinity of said realty were given ample and
sufficient opportunity to be heard in connection with said application,
having recommended to the City Council a change in the zoning designation
of said tract, and as by law peovided, publication of a Notice of Final
Hearing on swh recorn :endation was made by publishing the same in the
Daily News Tenn the iffWal newspaper of the City on the
lot day of December 1961, and after said public hearing being
held in accordance with the said notice in which all owners of property in
this City of Euless, Texas, were given ample and sufficient opportunity to
be heard, the City Council deems it to be to the best interest of said City
and Its inhabita:lts Uhat such recommendation be approved;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS:

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED Chart the Official District Zoning Map of the
City of Euless, Texas, being a part of Ore4nance No. 33, be amended to
read as followst
THAT the designation of a tract of land in the City of
Eulazo, Tarra -At County, Texas, described as foll,sovv3:

to the Citj of Euless, belaq the Northeaat corder of
Pipeline Road Liad Si.:wioas L rive extending East 224
feet and earth 150 fust,
now zoned "R" Residential, be zoned "C" Commercial, in accordance
with Ordinances Nos. 33 aad 153 and subsequent amendments thereto.

THIS ORDINANCE shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage as by law provided.
