AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 33
IDENTIFIED AS THE TEMPORARY COMPREHENSIVE
ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EULESS,
TEXAS, PROVIDING FOR CHANGE OF DESIGNATION
IN CERTAIN AREA AND AMENDING ZONING MAP TO
CONFORM WITH SUCH AMENDMENT; AND PROVIDING
FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE,
WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of the City of Euless, after
consideration of application from Tri- Cities Development Corporation

owner of the real property hereinaftst descsribed, situated within said City,
and having held a public hearing thereon in which all interested persons
and owners of property in the vicinity of said realty were given ample and
sufficient opportwiity to be heard in connoctioa with said application,
having recommended to the City Council a change- in the zoning designation
of said tract, and as by law provided, publicattm ad a Notiae of Final
Hearing on such recommendation was made by publishing the same in the
Viers Texas , the official newspaper of the City on the
_ ii,ay of Masch 1958, and after said public hearing being
held in accordance with the said notice in which all owners of property in
the City of Euless, Texas, were given ample and sufficient opportunity to
be heard, the City Council deems it to be to the best Interest of said City
and its inhabitants that such recommendation be approvedl
NOUN, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS:

IT 18 HEREBY ORDERED that the Official District Zoning Map of the
City of Euless, Texas, being a< part of Ordinance No. 33, be amended to
read as follows:
THAT the designation of a tract of land in the City
of Euless, Tarraa7t Qouaty, Texas, described as follows:
Tract A, Mock 1, Oakwoou rerrdce `treat, First riling,
to the Ctty of Euless, being the Northwest corner of
Pipeline Rear; and Simmons Drive extcendiag '✓Feat 320
feet and North 322 feet.
now zoned "R" Residential, be zoned "C" Commercial, in accordance
with Ordinances Nos. 33 and 153 and subsequent amendments thereto.
2.
THIS ORDINANCE shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage as by law provided.
