AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 33
IDENTIFIED AS THE TEMPORARY COMPREHENSIVE
ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EULESS,
TEXAS, PROVIDING FOR CHANGE OF DESIGNATION
IN CERTAIN AREA AND AMENDING ZONING MAP TO
CONFORM WITH SUCH AMENDMENT; AND PROVIDING
FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of the City of Euless, after
consideration of application from W. W. Fuller, owner of the real property
hereinafter described, situated within said City, and having held a public
hearing thereon in which all interested persons and owners of property in
the vicinity of said realty were given ample and sufficient opportunity to
be heard in connection with said application, having recommended to the
City Council a Change in the zoning designation of said tract, and as by
law provided, publication of a Notice of Final Hearing on such recommenda-
tion was made by publishing the same in the Daily Ness Tezan
the official newspaper of the City on the 2day of Dogembev
1966, and after said public hearing being held in accordance with the said
notice in which all owners of property in the City of Euless, Texas, were
given ample and sufficient opportunity to be heard, the City Council deems
It to be to the best Interest of said City and its inhabitants that such recom-
mendation be approvedf
- NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EULESS, TEXASt

IT 18 HEREBY ORDERED that the Official District Zoning Map of
the City of Euless, Texas, being a part of Ordinance No. 33, be amended
to read a s follows:
THAT the designation of a tract of land in the City of
Euless, Tarrant County, Texas, described as follows:
A 1.896 acre tract located in the J. P. Halford Survey,
Abstract No. 711 in the City of Euless, Tarrant County,
Texas, BEGINNING at a point which is 25 ft. West and
1509.1 ft. North of the Southeast corner of the said j. P.
Halford Survey, said point being in the Watt property
line of North Main Street;
THENCE West 415 ft. to an iron pin for corner;
THENCE �iorth 199 ft. to an iron pin for corner;
THENCE East 415 ft. to an iron pin for corner in the
West property line of North Main Street;
THENCE South with the West property line of North
Main Street and containing 1. 89 6 acres,
now zoned "R" Residential, be zoned "B ", Local Business, in accordance
with Ordinances Mos. 33 and 153 and subsequent amendments thereto.

THIS ORDINANCE shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage as by law prrsvided.
