AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 33
IDENTIFIED AS THE TEMPORARY COMPREHENSIVE
ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EULESS,
TEXAS, PROVIDING FOR CHANGE OF DESIGNATION
IN CERTAIN AREA AND AMENDING ZONING MAP TO
CONFORM WITH SUCH AMENDMENT AND PROVIDING
FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of the City of Euless, after con-
sideration of application from Roy F. Braswell, owner of the real property
hereinafter described, situated within said City, and having held a public
hearing thereon in which all interested persons and owners of property in
the vicinity of said realty were given ample and sufficient opportunity to
be heard in connection with said application, having recommended to the
City Council a change in the zoning designation of said tract, and as by
law provided, publication of a Notice of Final Hearing on such recommenda-
tion was made by publishing the same in the The Daily News To,,_ ,
the official newspaper of the City on the 25th day of February ,
1964, and after said public hearing being held in accordance with the said
notice in which all owners of property in the City of Euless, Texas, were
given ample and sufficient opportunity to be heard, the City Council deems
it to be to the best interest of said City and its inhabitants that such recom-
mendation be approved;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS:

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Official District Zoning map of the
City of Euless, Texas, being a part of Ordinance No. 33, be ar ended to
read as follows:
THAT the designation of a tract of land in the City of
Euless, Tarrant County, Texas, described as follows:
BEING a tract of land 164 feet wide North and South and
440 feet long East and West out of the J. P. Halford 640 acre
Survey, in Tarrant County, Texas, described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the East line of said J. P.
Halford Survey 433.33 varas North of its Southeast
corner, which point is also 3 feet North of the South-
east corner of tract described in Vol. 1941, Page 25,
Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas; THENCE
North with the East line of said survey and the center
line of County Road #3129, a distance of 160 feet;
THENCE West 440 feet; THENCE South 160 feet;
THENCE East 440 feet to the center line of County
Road No. 3129, the place of beginning; SAVE AND
EXCEPT the East 25 feet of said tract which is con-
tained in County Road No. 3129,
now zoned "R" Residential, be zoned "C" Commercial in accordance with
Ordinances Nos. 33 and 153 and subsequent amendments thereto.

This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage as by law provided.
