AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 33
IDENITIFIED AS THE TEMPORARY COMPREHENSIVE
ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EULESS,
TEXAS, PROVIDING FOR CHANGE OF DESIGNATION
IN CERTAIN AREA AND AMENDING ZONING MAP TO
CONFORM WITH SUCH AMENDMENT; AND PROVIDING
FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
I'J'HEREAS, The Zoning Commission of �.he .amity )f Eule �s, after
consideration of applieattoa from Herman Smith, owner of the real property

hearing thereon in which all interested persons and owners of property in

law provided, publication of a Notice of Final Hearing on such recomm. enc?a-

1964, and after said public hearing being 11E; in accordance' with the s ?id
notice in which all owners of property in the City of Euless, Texas, -oeee
given ample and sufficient opportunity to be heard, the City Council deem,3

commendation be approved;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS:

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Official District Zoning map of
the City of Euless, Texas, being a part of Ordinance No. 33, be amended
to read as follows:
THAT the designation of a tract of land in the City
of Euless, Tarrant County, Texas, described as
follows:
Tract "A", Block One (1) , Tract "A", Block Two (2) ,
Tract "A-, Block Three (3) , Wilshire Village Addition,
Section #7, to the City of Euless, Tarrant County,
Tex& 9,
now zoned "A" Single Family Dwelling, be zoned "A -3" Multiple Family Dwelling,
In accordance with Ordinances Nos. 33 and 153 and subsequent amendments
thereto.
