AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 33 IDENTIFIED
AS THE TEMPORARY COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE OF
THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS, PROVIDING FOR CHANGE OF
DESIGNATION IN CERTAIN AREA AND AMENDING ZONING MAP
TO CONFORM WITH SUCH AMENDMENT; AND PROVIDING FOR
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of the City of Euless, after consid-
eration of application from Zolon A. Wilkins, owner of the real property
hereinafter described, situated within the City, and having held a pub-
lic hearing thereon in which all interested persons and owners of prop-
erty in the vicinity of said realty were given ample and sufficient opp-
ortunity to be heard in connection with said application, having recom-
mended to the City Council a change in the zoning designation of said
tract, and as by law provided, publication of a Notice of Final Hearing
on such recommendation was made by publishing the same in the Daily News
Texan, the official newspaper of the City on the 29th day of May, 1964,
and after said public hearing being held in accordance with the said no-
tice in which all owners of property in the City of Euless, Texas, were
given ample and sufficient opportunity to be heard, the City Council deems
it to be to the best interest of said City and its inhabitants that such
recommendation be approved;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
EULESS, TEXAS:

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Official District Zoning map of the
City of Euless, Texas, being a part of Ordinance No. 33, be amended to
read as follows:
THAT the designation of a tract of land in the City of Euless,
Tarrant County, Texas, described as follows:
Lot Twelve (12) in Block Five (5) and Lots Two (2) through Nine
(9) in Block Eleven (11), Cedar Hills Estates, an addition to
the City of Euless, Tarrant County, Texasy
now zoned "A" Single Family Dwelling, be zoned "A -3" Multiple Family Dwel-
ling, in accordance with Ordinances Nos. 33 and 153 and subsequent amend-
ments thereto.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage as by law provided.
PRESENTED AND GIVEN FIRST READING on the 14th day of July, 1964,
at a Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Euless, Texas;
and given Second Reading, passed and approved on the 28th day of July,
1964, by a vote of 5 ayes and 0 nays at a Regular Meeting of the City
Council of the City of Euless, Texas.
