AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO, 33 IDENTIFIED
AS THE TEMPORARY COMPREHENSIV8 ZONING ORDINANCE OF
THE CITY OF EULFSS, TEXAS, PROVIDING FOR CHANCE OF
DESIGNATION IN CERTAIN AREA AND AMENDING ZONING MAP
70 CONFORM WITH SUCH AMENDMENT; AND PROVIDING FOR
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of the City of Rules*, after consid-
eration of application from First Baptist Church, owner of the real pro-
perty hereinafter described, situated within the City, and having held a
public hearing thereon in which all interested persons and owners of pro-
perty in the vicinity of said realty were given ample and sufficient opp-
ortunity to be heard in connection with said application, having recom-
mended to the City Council a change in the soning designation of said
tract, and as by law provided, publication of a Notice of Final Hearing
on such dation was made by publishing the same in the Holleg
Herald�r the official newspaper of the City on the 9th Fay of
SZtemb—or .... , 19"v and affiex said public hearing be- field is accor-
dance with the said notice in waich all owners of property in the City of
Euless, Texas, were given ample and sufficient opportunity to be heard,
the City Commil deans it to be to the best interest of said City and its
inhabitants that such recommendation be approved;
NOW, THUNPORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OR THE CITY OF
SULESS, TEXAS!

IT IS HERESY ORDBRSD that the Official District Zoning Map of the
City of Buleas, Texas, being a past of Ordinance No. 33, be amended to
read as follows t
THAT the designation of a tract of land in the City of Euless,
Tarrant County, Texas, described as follows:
BROINNING at a point in the South R.O.W. line of the proposed
Highway 183-A, at its intersection xitb the warst line of North
Main street j
THBNCE in a westerly direction, with the St►id South R.O.W. line
of the proposed Highway 183 -A, 300 feet to a corner;
THENCE, South 35 feet to a corner;
THENCE in an easterly direction, 33 feet from and parallel to
the said South R.O.W. line of the proposed Highway 183 -A, 300
feet to a point in the west line of North Plain Street;
THENCE, North 33 feet with the West line of North Main Street
to the point of beginning,
now zoned "Bp Local WAsiness, be zoned "C" Commercial, in accordance
with Ordinance No. 33 and subsequent amendments thereto.

Highway 183 -A, said point being 300 feet West of the West line
of North Main Street;
THRNCS in a westerly direction with the said south R.O.W. line
of the proposed Highway 183 -A, 89.46 feet to a corner;

THI CS in an easterly direction, 33 feet from and parallel to
the said Soutb R.O.W. lane of the proposed Highway 183 -A 89.46
feet to a corner;
Zi W=0 Wortb 33 feet to the point of beginning,
now zoned "A" Residential, be zoned "C" C omercial, in accordance with
Ordinance No. 33 and subsequent amendment* thereto.

Tb6s Ordinance shall be in full force and effect frog and after its
passage as by last provided.
