AN ORDINANCE GRANT CURTIS MCCAFFITY PERMISSION
AND AUTHORITY TO PURCHASE THE GARBAGE DISPOSAL
FRANCHISE DATED JULY 6, 1961 HELD BY WILL
JONES; REQUIRING THAT TRANSFER OF SUCH GARBAGE
DISPOSAL FRANCHISE BE ACCOMPLISHED IN ACCORDANCE
WITH THE TERMS OR SECTION 3, ARTICLE XI OF THE
CITY CHARTER OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS; PRO -
VIDING FOR PUBLICATION AND THAT THE COSTS OF
SUCH PUBLICATION BE BORNE BY THB PROPONENT, CURTIS
MCCAFFITY.
WHEREAS, Curtis McCaffity, in open Council meeting on December
22, 1964, informed the Bvless City Council that ter, Will Jones, holder of
City of Euless Garbage Disposal Franchise dated July 8, 19619 bad agreed
to sell, transfer and convey his garbage disposal business and franchise
to Curtis McCaffity subject to the approval of the Mess City Council, and
WHEREAS, the Euless City Council voted to authorise transfer of such
franchise provided that provisions of Section 3 of Article XI of the Euless
City Chador be satisfied,

That Will Jones, holder of garbage disposal franchise dated July 6,
19619 be authorised to transfer, assign and convoy such franchise to Curtis
McCaffity subject to the torso, conditions and requirements placed therein
on the holder of such franchise and that such transfer take effect on the
9th day of March, 1963, upon publication and compliance with Section 3,
Article XI of the bless City Charter.

Thin Ordinance shall be read at two separate meetings of the Euless
City Council and shall not be finally passed until thirty (30) days after
the first reading and provided further that this Ordinance shall take effect
after publication once each week for four consecutive weeks in the official
newspaper of the City of Rules*, and final passage. The, expense of such
publication shall be borne by the proponent, Curtis McCaffity.
