AN ORDINANCE, AMENDING ORDINANCB NO. 33 IDENTIFIED
AS THE TEMPORARY COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE, OF
THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS, PROVIDING FOR CHANGE OF
DESIGNATION IN CERTAIN AREA AND AMENDING ZONING MAP
TO CONFORM WITH SUCH AMENDMENT; AND PROVIDING FOR
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of the City of Euless, after consid-
eration of application from George W. Pirtle and A. H. Carter, owners of
the real property hereinafter described, situated within the City, and
having held a public hearing thereon in which all interested persons and
owners of property in the vicinity of said realty were given ample and
sufficient opportunity to be heard in connection with said application*
having recce A to the City Council a change in the zoning designation
of said tract# and as by law provided, publication of a Notice of Fiscal
Hearing on smb recommendation was made by peblishing the same in the
4%less Herald the official new*papetr of the City on the 24th
day of e -er 19 6¢ , and after said public hearing bei" —ho
in accor * wltb the said notice in whiob all owners of property in the
City of Mess, texas, were given ample and sufficient opportunity to be
heard, the City Council deems it to be to the best interest of said City
and its inhebitamU that such re*ommiendation be approved{

IT 13 HBRBXV ORDERED that the Official District Zoning Map of the
City of Riles *, Texas, being a part of Ordinance No. 336 be amended to
read as followst
THAT the designation of a tract of land in the City of Rules *,
Tarrant County# Texas, described as follewat
BBGINNtW at the intersection of the West R. 0. W. line of Raider
Driven, (Co. Ad. #3094) with the Northerly R. 0. W. line of State
Highway #183, said point begin the 3awtbeast corner of a 74.637
acre tract as conveyed to George W. Pjtte and A. H. Carter;
THBMCE South 67 degrees 23 minutes West along the Northerly
R. 0. W. line of said Slate Highway *183, 1049.5 feet to the most
Southerly Southwest corner of said 74.629 acre tract;
THENCE North 4 degrees 0 minutes East 664.0 feet to an inner
corner of said tract;
THENCE North 89 degrees 66 minutes West 591.4 feet to a point;
THENCE North approximately 400.0 feet to the .3outhwest corner of a
15.0 acre tract of land conveyed by Geroge W. Pirtle and Mrs. A. B.
Carter to the Hurst - Euless - Bedford Ind. School District in Nov., 1964;
rHENCE South 89 degree's 25 minutes East along the South line of said
15.0 acre tract 1475.0 feet to the West R. 0. W. line of Raider Drive;
THENCE South 0 degrees 30 minutes West along the West R. O. W.
line of said Raider Drive 650.4 feet to the place of beginning
and containing approximately 23.4 acres of land,
now zoned "A" Residential, be zoned "C" Cbmwercial, in accordance with
Ordinance No. 33 and subsequent amendments thereto.

This Ordinance *hail be in full force and effect from and after its
passage as by law provided.
