AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO, 33 IDENTIFIED
AS THE TEMPORARY COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE OF
THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS, PROVIDING FOR CHANGE OF
DESIGNATION IN CERTAIN AREA AND AMENDING ZONING MAP
TO CONFORM WITH SUCH AMENDMENT; AND PROVIDING; FOR
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of the City of Buless, after consid-
oration of application frog Mr. Warren Puller, owner of the real property
hereinafter described, situated within the City, and having held a public
hearing thereon in which all interested persons and owners of property in
the vicinity of said realty were given ample and sufficient opportunity
to be heard in connection with said application, having recommended to the
City Council a change is the soning designation of said tract, and as by
law provided, publication of Notice of Final Hearing on such recommieardation
was made by publishing the same in the " Heral§ 9 the official
newspaper of the City on the 13th day off_ 1aa tY �,,,,,�.� 19639 and after
said public hearing being hell Cgord —e with the Bald notice in which
all owners of property in the City of Roues*, Texas, were given ample and
sufficient opportunity to be heard, the City Council doers it to be to the
best interest of said City and its inhabitants that such recommendation be
approved;

IT IS HBRSBY ORDERED that the Official District Zoning Map of the
City of Braless, Texas, being a part of Ordinance No. 339 be amended to
read as follows:
That the designation of a tract of land in the City of Euless,
Tarrant County, Texas, described as follows
TRACT A
RZOINNING at a steel rod 10.0 feet South 89 degrees 10 minutes East
of the Southeast corner of Lot 8, Puller Addition to the City of
Mess, said point being in the North R. O. W. line of Puller Street;
