AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 33 IDENTIFIED
AS THE TEMPORARY COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE OF
THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS, PROVIDING FOR CHANGE OF
DESIGNATION IN CERTAIN AREA AND AMENDING ZONING MAP
TO CONFORM WITH SUCH AMENDMENT; AND PROVIDING FOR
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS* the Ironing Camsission of the City of Euless, after consid-
eration of application from Mr. J. R. Duckett, owner of the real property
hereinafter described, situated within the City, and having geld a public
bearing thereon in which all interested persons and owners of property in
the vicinity of said realty wore given ample and sufficient opportunity to
be heard in connection with said application, having recommended to the
City Council a change in the soning designation of said tract, and as by
law provided, publication of a Notice of Final Hearing on such yrecoanenda-
tion was made by publishing the sage in the -Uuleos He�ra� d the
official newspaper of the City am the 13th day of AannAry
1965, and after said public bearing bilig-b-i-M in accordance with tme�said
notice in which all owners of property in the City of Euless, Texas, were
given ample and sufficient opportunity to be heard, the City Council cis
it to be to the best interest of said City and its inhabitants that such
recommendation be approved;
NOW9 THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL ar THE CITY OF
EULESS, TWMt

IT IS HEREBY ORMRED that the Official District Zoning Map of the
City of Euless, Texas, being a part of Ordinance No. 33, be aided to
read as followst
THAT the designation of a tract of land in the City of Euless,
Tarrant County, Tewas, described as follows:
BEGINNI O at the southeast corner of Lot 79 Fuller Addition to the'
City of Euless;
THENCE S890 1011E a distance of 190 feet to the west line of Main
Streeet# from which a iron pin in the south line of Fuller Drive
bears north a distu** of 150.0 foot;
THEME South along the west line of 'Main Street a distance of
132.86 feet to the north line of a proposed highway;
THEME along a curve to the left and along proposed highway a
distance of 390.04 feet to the west line of said Duckett tract;
THENCE North along the west line of said Duckett tract a distance
of 133.35 feet to the place of beginning,
now soned Local Business be changed to "C" Commercial, in accordance with
Ordinance No. 33and subsequent amts thereto.

This ordinance shall be in full force and affect from and after its
passage as by last provided,
