April 6, 1961
A called meeting of the Euless City
Council was held on April 6, 1961. Present were Mayor Ernest Millican, Jr.,
Councilmen Bobby Fuller, Roy Braswell, and H. M. Huffman.
Byers and Billy F. Owens.
Visitors present were Messrs. Billy L.

A motion was made by Councilman Huffman,
and seconded by Councilman Braswell, that the low bid of Bob Cooke, Inc.,
Arlington, Texas, of $1022.13 difference to trade the City a 1961 Ford
Fai rlane Fordor with specified Police Department equipment of the 1960 patrol
car 601 be accepted, and the order be placed with them immediately. This
was the lowest bid received on this trade. All Councilmen present voted in
favor of this motion.
