AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 33, IDENTIFIED
AS THE TEMPORARY COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE OF
THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS, PROVIDING FOR CHANGE OF
DESIGNATION IN CERTAIN AREA AND AMENDING ZONING MAP
TO CONFORM WITH SUCH AMENDMENT; AND PROVIDING FOR
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of the City of Euless, after consid-
eration of application from James Riddle and Paul Crum, owners of the
real property hereinafter described, situated within the City, and having
held A Public Hearing thereon in which all interested persons and owners
of property in the vicinity of said realty were given ample and sufficient
opportunity to be heard in connection with said application, having recom-
mended to the City Council a change in the zoning designation of said
tract, and as by lair provided, publication of a Notice of Final Hearing
on such recommendation was made by publishing the same in the Rules*
Herald.. , the official newspaper of the City on the 2ftA day
1965, and after said public !gearing being hold in accord-
ance with the said notice in which all owners of property in the City of
Euless, Texas, were given ample and sufficient opportunity to be heard,
the City Council deems it to be to the best interest of said City and its
inhabitants that such recommendation be approved:

City of Ruless, Texas, being a part of Ordinance No. 33, be amended to
read as follows:

This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage as by law provided.
