AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 1,10. 33 IDENTIFIED
AS THE TEMPORARY COMPREHENSIVE ZON-IIdG ORDINANCE OF
THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS, PROVIDING FOR CHANGE OF
DESIGNATION IN CERTAIN AREA AND AMEND I i'IG ZONING MAP
TO CONFORM WITH SUCH AMENDMEHT: Ai'D PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of the City of Euless, after consid-
eration of application from Dr. Ralph Roberts, owner of the real property
hereinafter described, situated within the City, and having held a Public
Hearing thereon in which all interested persons and owners of property
in the vicinity of said realty were given ample and sufficient opportunity
to be heard in connection with said application, having recommended to the
City Council a change in the zoning designation of said tract, and as by
law provided, publication of a Notice of Final Hearing, on such recommen-
dation was made by publishing the same in the Euless Herald , the official
newspaper of the City on the 27th day of iia , 1965, and after said
public hearing being held in accordance with the said notice in which all
owners of property in the City of Euless, Texas, were given ample and
sufficient opportunity to be heard the City Council deems it to be to the
best interest of said City and its inhabitants that such recommendation be
approved;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCILOF THE CITY OF
EULESS, TEXAS:

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Official District Zoning Map of the
City of Euless, Texas, being a part of Ordinance No. 33, be amended to
read as follows:
That the designation of a tract of land in the City of Euless,
Tarrant County, Texas, described as follows:
FIELD NOTES of a tract of land out of the J. P. Halford Survey,
A -711, Tarrant County, Texas, and being more fully described by
metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING 300.0 feet South 89 degrees 48 minutes East of the
Northwest corner of a tract of land conveyed by A. A. Booher
to Paul Revere Company in Volume 3157, Page 193, Deed Records,
Tarrant County, Texas;
THENCE North 0 degrees 53 minutes West a 6istance of 200.0 feet
to a point;
THENCE South 89 degrees 48 minutes East a distance of 103.0 feet
to a point;
THENCE South 0 degrees 53 minutes East a distance of 3316 feet
to a point;
THENCE East a distance of 47.0 feet to a point;
THENCE South 0 degrees 53 minutes East a distance of 166.6 feet
to a point;
THENCE NORTH 89 degrees 48 minutes West along the North line of said
Paul Revere tract a distance of 150.0 feet to the place of beginning.

with Ordinance No. 33 and subsequent amendments thereto,
This Ordiance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage as by law provided.
PRESENTED AND GIVEN FIRST READING ON the 13th day of July ,
1965, at a regular meeting of the City'Council of the City of Euless,
Texas; and given SECOND READING, passed and approved on the 27th day
of July , 1965, by a vote of 3 ayes and 1 abstention at a
regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Euless, Texas.
