AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO, 33 IDENTIFIED
AS THE TEMPORARY COMPREHENSIVE ZO`iIWO ORDINANCE OF
THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS, PROVIDIi.'G FOR CHANGE OF
DESIGNATION IN CERTAIN AREA AND AMENDING ZONING MAP
TO CONFORM WITH SUCH AMENDMENTS AND PROVIOING FOR
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of the City of Euless, after consid-
eration of application from Mrs. Bertha Plisko, owner of the real property
hereinafter described, situated within the City, and having held a Public
Hearing thereon in which all interested persons and owners of property in
the vicinity of said realty were given ample and sufficient opportunity to
be heard in connection with said application, having recommended to the
City Council a change in the Zoning designation of said tract, and as by
law provided, publication of a Notice of Final Hearing, on such recommenda-
tion was made by publishing the same in the Euless Herald, the official
newspaper of the City on the nth day of June, 1965, and after said
public hearing being held in accordance with the said notice in which all
owners of property in the City of Euless, Texas, were given ample and
sufficient opportunity to be heard the City Council deems i.t to be to the
best interest of said City and its inhabitants that such recommendation be
approved;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
EULESS, TEXAS;
I.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Official District Zoning Map of the
City of Euless, Texas being a part of Ordinance No. 33, be amended to
read as follows:
That Lots 18 & 19, Block 14, Bell Ranch Terrace as recorded in
Book 388 -s, Page 52, Tarrant County, Texas, out of the Terrell
Jasper Survey, now Zoned "A" Residential be changed to
"C" Commercial.

This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage as by law provided.
PRESENTED AND GIVEN FIRST READING ON the 27th I day of July ,
1965, at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Euless, Texas;
Section 12: This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon
its passage.
PRESENTED AND PASSED on first and final reading on the 10th day of
August, 1965, at a re_ aular, meeting of the City Council of the City
of Euless, Texas, by a vote of 4 ayas and 0 nays.
