AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 33 IDENTIFIED
AS THE TEMPORARY COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE OF
THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS, PROVIDING FOR CHANGE OF
DESIGNATION IN CERTAIN AREA AND AMENDING ZONING MAP
TO CONFORM WITH SUCH AMENDMENT: AND PROVIDING FOR
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
NNEREAS, the Zonlaft Commission of the City of Euless, after + id-
aration of appl feet ion roe Mr. John Barfield, owner of the real property
hereinafter descrlbod, situated within the City, and having held a
Public Meering thereon in which alI Interested persons and owners of
property in the vicinity of said realty %Nara► given mple and sufficient
opportunity to be heard in connection with said application, having
rer:ouueasne" to the City Council a dmingo In the wing designation of
said tract, and as by low provided, publication of a Notice of Final
Nearing, on such recommendation was mado by publishing the saw in the
Euless Herald, the official newspaper of the City on the 23rd day of
February, 1965, and after said public hearing being held In accordance
with the said notice In which all owners of property In the City of
Euless, Texme, wore given ample and sufficient opportunity to be heard
the City Council deems it to be to the best interest of soid City and Its
Inhabitants that such r+ ammandatlon be mod;
NOM, THEREFORE* BE IT ORDAINED SY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
EULESS, TEXAS:

IT 15 HEREBY ORDERED that the Official District toning Map of the
City of Euless, Texas, being a part of Ordinance No. 33, be mended to
read as follows:
Being a tract or pastel of land out of the T. A. Cash Survey,
Abstract # 2001, situated In the City of Euless, Tarrant County,
Texas and described by mates and bow as follows:
UGINNING at a point In the South line of Huffman Drive,
said point being 25 feet South and 629.7 feet Yost from the
Northeast corner of said Cash Survey;
THENCE South 0 degrees 36 Minutes East 110 feet to a point for
cornar;
THENCE Wiest 811.3 feet to a point for corner;
THENCE North 10 degrees 44 minutes hest 446.33 feet to a point
for corner In the South iIne of Huffman Or1ve;
THENCE East along the South line of Wffmman Drive SS2.8 feet
to the plaae of biginning and containing i."$ acres of land,
more or less.
