AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 33 IDENTIFIED AS
THE TEMPORARY COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS PROVIDING FOR CHANGE OF DESIG-
NATION IN CERTAIN AREA AND AMENDING ZONING MAP TO CON-
FORM WITH SUCH AMENDMENT; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of the City of Euless, after considera-
tion of application from W. B. West, Trustee, of the real property hereinafter
described, situated within the City, and having held a public hearing thereon
in which all interested persons and owners of property in the vicinity of said
realty were given ample and sufficient opportunity to be heard in connection
with said application, having recommended to the City Council a change in the
zoning designation of said tract, and as by law provided, publication of a
Notice of Final Hearing on such recommendation was made by publishing the same
in the Euless Herald , the official newspaper of the City on the 14th day of
October, 1965, and after said public hearing being held in accordance with the
said notice in which all owners of property in the City of Euless, Texas, were
given ample and sufficient opportunity to be heard, the City Council deems it
to be to the best interest of said City and its inhabitants that such recommen-
dation be approved;
TEXAS:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Official District Zoning Map of the City
of Euless, Texas, being a part of Ordinance No. 33, be amended to read as
follows:
BEING all of lots 10, 11 and 12 out of the Euless Gardens No. 2;
AND, a portion out of the unplatted S. H. Huffman tract;
BEGINNING, at the Northeast corner of Lot 12;
THENCE, North with the East boundary lines of Lots 10 and 11, a distance
of 100 feet;
THENCE, East for a distance of 138.3 feet;
THENCE, in a Southwesterly direction for a distance of 167.2 feet to
the point of beginning.
now zoned "A" Residential, be zoned "C" Commercial, in accordance with Ordinance
No. 33 and subsequent amendments thereto'.

This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage as by law provided.
PRESENTED AND GIVEN FIRST READING on the 26th day of October , 1965, at
a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Euless, Texas; and given
SECOND READING, passed and approved on the 9th day of November , 1965, by a
vote of 4 ayes and 0 nays at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Euless, Texas.
