AN ORDINANCE APPROVING CERTAIN RATE SCHEDULES
FILED BY TEXAS POWER & LIGHT COMPANY IN THE
CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS, CANCELING CERTAIN RATE
SCHEDULES NOW IN EFFECT, AND PROVIDING CONDI-
TIONS UNDER WHICH SUCH RATE SCHEDULES MAY BE
CHANGED, MODIFIED, AMENDED OR WITHDRAWN:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1: That Texas '.

Power & Light Company's Rate
approved by this Council and
and annulled.
?ower & Light Company, having filed
1965, its RSA and GSA Rate Schedules
same are hereby approved. Texas
Schedules RS -1 and GS -1, heretofore
now in effect, are hereby canceled
SECTION 2: Texas Power & Light Company's Rate Book No.
C- 65 -71, approved by Ordinance No. 237 passed January 12, 1965
with the changes in Rate Schedules herein approved, shall con-
tinue as schedules of rates and service regulations under which
said Company is authorized to collect charges from its customers
for the sale of electric power and energy within the corporate
limits of the City until such time as said Rate Schedules may be
changed, modified, amended and withdrawn with the approval of the
City Council.
SECTION 3: The filing of the Rate Schedules and the approval
of same by the City Council, in the manner herein provided, shall
constitute notice to the consumers of electricity, within the
City, of the availability and application of such Rate Schedules.
SECTION 4: This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force and effect from and after the date of its passage and
approval by the Mayor.
PRESENTED AND GIVEN FIRST READING on this 23rd day of Nove-m-
ber, 1965, at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Euless, Texas; and
GIVEN SECOND READING, passed and approved on the 14th day
of December, 1965, at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Euless, Texas.
