t o the Federal Housing Administration s t a t i n g that the f i n a l p l a t of the Oakwood Terrace East, Second Section, has been accepted and approved by the C i t y of Euless,
and that the C i t y i s aware that there i s a drainage condition e x i s t i n g where the above a d d i t i o n j o i n s the Cedar H i l l Estates Addition. A motion was made by
Councilman Braswell, and seconded by Councilman Byers, that they be furnished w i t h t h i s l e t t e r . A l l Councilmen present voted i n favor of t h i s motion. Below i s a copy
of the l e t t e r . To Whom I t May Concern: This l e t t e r i s t o inform you that the Euless, Texas, C i t y Council, is approving the .plat o f Oakwood Terrace East, Second Section,
i s aware that a drainage condition does e x i s t i n the Cedar H i l l Estates Addition along Broadway Street and across Vine Street i n said Addition. We do hereby accept and acknowledge
that t h i s condition does e x i s t . The C i t y Secretary i s authorized to f u r n i s h them w i t h t h i s l e t t e r and t o sign i t i n h i s o f f i c i a l capacity as
