AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 1440. 33 IDENTIFIED
AS THE TEMPORARY COMPREHENS I YE ZONING ORDINANCE OF
THE CITY OF EULE$S, TEXAS, PROVIDING FOR CHANGE OF
DES l GNAT ION IN CERTAIN AREA AND AMENDING ZONING MAP
TO CONFORM WITH SUCH AMENDMENT: AND PROVIDING FOR
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of the City of Euless, after consideration
of application from S. W. Mills, owner of the real property hereinafter described
situated within the ;1 ty, and having held a Public Hearing thereon In which all
interested persons and owners of property in the vicinity of said realty were
given mple and sufficient opportunity to be heard in connection with said appli-
c -t ion, having recommended to the C ty Council t change In the Zonings designs -

PRESENTED AND GIVEN FIRST READING on the 22nd day of March , 1966
at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Euless, Texas; and
given SECOND READING, passed and approved on the 1_ 2th day of April , 1966,
by a vote of 4 ayes and r 0 nays at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Euless, Texas.
