AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 33 IDENTIFIED
AS THE TEMPORARY COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE OF
THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS, PROVIDING FOR CHANGE OF
DESIGNATION IN CERTAIN AREA AND AMENDING ZONING MAP
TO CONFORM WITH SUCH AMENDMENT; AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of the City of Euless, after con. „Ideeration
of application from Z. L. Bozeman, I.e.,(Agent for real property owners), hereinafter
described situated within the City, and having held a Public Hearing thereon in
which all interested persons and owners of property in the vicinity of said realty
were given ample and sufficient opportunity to be heard in connection with said
application, having recommended to the City Council a change In the zoning designa-
tion of said tract, and as by law provided, publication of a Notice of Final
Hearing, on such recommendation was made by publishing the same In the Euless Herald
the official newspaper of the City on the i h day of Me 1966 1966, and rR�t.?r said
public hearing being held In accordance wi�he: said notion, in which ail owners of
property in the City of Euless, Texas were given ale an sufficient opportunity
to be heard, thc. City Council deems It to be to the best Interest of said City and
Its Inhabitants that such reccmwndation be approved;
NOW. THEREFORE, 6E IT M)AINE,D BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
EULESS, TEXAS:

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Official District Zoning Map of the City
of Euless, Texas, being a part of Ordinances No. 33, be amended to read as follows:

THENCE South -S degreas 30 minutes E�_st 56 .1 feet to a point In
the West R. 0. W. line of Vine Street;
TF`ENCE South 0 degrees 23 minutes East along said West R. O. W.
line of Miner Street 317.2 feet to a paint;
THENCE South 55 degrees 51t minutes West and parallel to and 300.0
feet North of the North R. 0. W. line of State Highway #183 261.1
feet to a point;
THENCE North 89 degrees 48 minutes West 345.7 feet to a point In
said East R. Q. W. line of Simmons Drive;
THENCE North along said East R. O. W. line 477.0 feet to the
place of beginning;
now zoned "All Residential be changed to "C" Commercl,-I, In accordl-nce th
Ordlmnnce No. 33 and subsequent amendments thereto.
II.
This Ordinance shall be in full force -nd effect from and after Its
passage as by law provided.
