AN ORDINANCE GRANTING CURTlS MCCAFFITY PERMISSION
AND AUTHORITY TO TRANSFER GARBAGE COLLECTION PER-
MIT; REQUI RING THAT THE ORDINANCE BE READ AT TWO
SEPARATE MEETINGS OF THE EULESS CITY COUNCIL; PRO -
VIDING FOR PUBLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE AND THAT
THE COST OF SUCH PUBLICATION AND TRANSFER BE BORNE
BY THE TRANSFEREE OF THE PERMIT, TARRMT COUNTY WASTE
DISPOSAL INCORPORATED.
WHEREAS, Curtis McCaffity, holder of a garbage collection permit
from the City of Euless, did at a regular Council Meeting on September
1966, petition the Euless City Council for perml ssion to transfer, sail and
convey to Tarrant County Waste Disposal Incorporated garbage collection
permit heretofore granted by the City of Euless, and
WHEREAS, there appeared before the Euless City Council with the
said Curtis McCaffity, Mr. Don Presley, President, and Mr. H. R. Williamson,
Secretary - Treasurer, of Tarrant County Waste Disposal Incorporated, to d?scussr
with the Euless City Council the proposed transfer of all garbage collection
,;-ghts and permits held by Curtis McCaffity, and
WHEREAS, the Euless City Council has determined that the best
Interest of the citizens of Euless will be best served by terminating the
certificate authorizing collection of garbage, refuse, trash, rubbish and
,junk heretofore granted to Curtis McCaffity on October 31, 1957, and slmul-
taneously with the terrain =tion of such certificate to grant to Tarrant County
Waste disposal Incorporated a garbage: collection permit and Certificate of
Convenience as provided by Ordinance No. 43, and
WHEREAS, Tarrant County Waste Disposal Incorporated has offered
and agreed to pay for the publication of this ordinance and all costs Incurred
In the transfer of such garbage collection permit,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS:
I.
That the Certificate dated October 31, 1957, heretofore granted by
the City of Euless to Curtis McCafflty authorizing the collection of garbage,
refuse, trash, rubbish and ,junk within the corporate limits of the City
of Euless, Texas, Is hereby revoked and c" nce l l ed by the City of Euless
at the request of the permit holder, Curtis McCaffity.
It.
That Tarrant County Waste Disposal Incorporoteed shall be henceforth
authorized and permitted to collect garbage, refuse, trash., rubbish and
,junk within the corporate limits of the City of Euless. Texas. pursuant to
the provisions of Ordinance No. 43 and the Certificate of Authority executed
by Tarrant County West* Disposal incorporated an they 311h day of October.
19bo, a copy of which Certificate is on file with the City Secretary of the
City of Euless, Texas.

This Ordinance shall be read at two separate meetings of the Euless
City Counc i 1 and shall not be finally passed until thirty (30) days after the
first reading and provided further that this Ordinance shall not take effect
until after publication as set forth herein. Expenses of such publication
and all cots of transfer of such permit shall be borne by Tarrant County
Waste Disposal Incorporated.
