AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 33 IDENTIFIED
AS THE TEMPORARY COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS, PROVIDING FOR CHANGE
OF DESIGNATION IN CERTAIN AREA AND AMENDING ZONING
MAP TO CONFORM WITH SUCH AMENDMENT: AND PROVIDING
FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of the City of Euless, after consid-
eration of application from Joe C. Welborn, owner of the read property here-
inafter described situated within the City, and having held a Public Hear-
ing thereof in which all interested persons and owners of property in the
vicinity of said reelty were given ample and sufficient opportunity to be
heard in connection with said application, having recommended to the City
Council a change in the zoning designation of said tract, and as by law
provided, publication of a Notice of Final Nearing, on such recommendation
was wade by publishing the same in the Euless HgEald ,
the official newspaper of the City on the IZjh ... ay of November ,
1966, and after said public hearing being held In accordance wlth the
said notice in which x::11 owners of property In the City of Euless, Texas
were given ample and sufficient opportunity to be heard, the City Council
deems it to be to the best interest of said City and its inhabitants that
such recommendation be approved;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
EULESS, TEXAS:
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Official District Zoning Map of the
City of Euless, Texas, being a part of Ordinance No. 33, be amended to
read as follows:
A parcel of land situated in the City of Euless, Tarrant
County, Texas being described as Lots 19, 20 And 21, Block
9, Cedar Hills Estates conveyed to Joe C. Welborn as re-
corded in Volume 388 -U, Page 89, in the Deed Records of
Tarrant County, Texas
now zoned "A1° Residential be changed to "A -3" Multiple Family Dwellings,
in accordance with Ordinance No. 33 and subsequent amendments thereto.

This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
Its passage as by law provided.
PRESENTED AND GIVEN FIRST READING on the 24th day of January,_,,,
