AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 33 IDENTIFIED
AS THE TEMPORARY COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE OF
THE CITY OF EULESS TEXAS, PROVIDING FOR CHANGE OF
DESIGNATION iN CERTAIN AREA AND AMENDING ZONING MAP
TO CONFORM WITH SUCH AMENDMENT: AND PROViDING FOR
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of the City of Euless, after consideration
of application from Daniel F. Pittman, owner of the real property hereinafter
described situated within the City, and having held a Public Hearing thereon in
which all Interested persons and owners of property In the vicinity of said realty
were given ample and sufficient opportunity to be heard In connection with said
application, having recommended to the City Council a change in the miing de-
signation of said tract, and as by law provided, publication of a Notice of Final
Hearing, on such recommendation was made by publishing the same In the Euless
Herald, the official newspaper of the City on the 23rd day of March, 1967,
and after said public hearing being held In accordance with the said notice in
which all owners of property In the City of Euless. Texas were given ample and
sufficient opportunity to be heard, the City Council deems It to be to the best
interest of said City and its inhabitants that such recommendation be approved;
TEXAS:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE iT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EULESS,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Official District Zoning Map of the City of
Euless, Texas, being a part of Ordinance No. 33, be amended to read as follows:
That the designation of a tract of land In the City of Euless, Tarrant
County, Texas, described as follows:
Being Tract 2A20, Kitty House Survey described by metes and bounds
as follows:
Beginning at the S.E. corner of a tract conveyed by Ethel Byler
to Sellers on Movember,19, 1951 and recorded In Book 2374, Page
233, Geed Records of Tarrant County, Texas. Sold corner being
In the North R. 0. W. line of State Highway 183.
Thence North along East line of said tract for a distance of 407.5
feet;
Thence West along'llne of said tract for a distance of 233.8 feet,
Thence South along the line of said tract for a distance of 407.3
feet;
Thence East and parallel to State Highway 183 for a distance of
233.8 feet, to the point of beginning.
The front 300 ft. being zoned by Ordinance No. 33, for Commercial
use, the reea i n i ng portion of tract new ironed "N' Residential be changed to "C"
Commercial, in accordance with Ordinance Ito. 33 and subsequent amendments thereto.

This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage as by law provided.
PRESENTED AND GIVEN FIRST REARING ON the 25th of April , 1967
at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Euless, Texas; and
