AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE HATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY Of EULESS, TEXAS: I. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Offlclai District Zoning Map of the City of Euless, Texas, being o part of Ordinance No. 33, be amended to roast as follows: That the zoning classification of the following described property now zoned "A" Residential be changed to '1A•3" Multiple Family Dwelling. 'FIELD NOTE: FOR is 16.487 acre tract of land, a part of the J. P. Halford Survey, Abstract 711, located In the City of Euless, Tarrant Coaoty, Texas, and being more fully de- scribed by abates and bounds as follow: BEGINNING at a steel rod In the West line of Block A, Sheppard Addition, as recorded In Volume 388 -118 Page 03, Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas, 300.4 feet North of the Southtast corner of sold Block A; Thence North 89 dog. 26 min. Mast along the proposed North R. 0. W. line of State Highway No. 121MA, 647.0 feet to a steel rod for corner; Thence North O clog. 26 min. West 1091.2 feet to a steel rod for corner; Thsn►ce South 89 deg. 21 min, East 469.5 feet to o steel rod for corner; Thence South 0 dog. 44 min. West along the lost lime of Block A, Sheppard Addition 6090.6 feat to the place of beginning and containing 16.487 acres of fond, more or less. 21 That the toning change set forth to Paragraph i hereof shall be subject to the following conditions subsequent: A. A final site devolopAent Plan shall be submitted to the City Council within 12 months following final passage of the ordinance eff"ec"Mrq the requested changes. b. Any person violating the provisions of this ordinance, or the ameud- ments to the Euless City Charter of 1961 hereby made:, shall be deemed guilty of a m i s demeanor and shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $200.000 as provided by Ordinance 33 and subsequent w*ndmnents of the Euless City Charter and the Statutes of the State of Tarns. 5. This ordinance shall be 1n full force and effect from and after its passage and publication as provided by the Euless City Charter and the taws of the State of Texas.
