AN ORDIMAt10E AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 33 IDENTIFIED
AS THE TEMPORARY COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE OF
THE CITY OF EULESS , TEXAS, PROVIDING FOR CHANGE CF
DESIGNATION IN CERTAIN AREA AND AMENDING ZONING MAP
TO COMFORM WITH SUCH AMENDMENT; AND PROVIDING FOR
AP EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, t0e Zoning Commission of the City of Euless, after con-
sideration of application from Elvin E. Tac4ett, owner of the real property
hereinafter described situated within the City, and having held a Public
i{earing thereon in which all interesteJ )ersons and owners of property in
the vicinity of said, realty were given eti.ple and sufficient opportunity to
be heard €n connection with said application, having recommended to the
€ty Council a change in the zoning designation of said tract, and as by
law provided, ncr')l' cation of a ,Notice of Final Hearing, on such reconanenda-
tion was made by publishing the same in the i4id- Cities Daily ieews, the
official newspaper of the City on the with day of January, i568, and
after said public hearing being held in accordance with the said notice in
which all owners of property in the City of Euless, Texas were given ample
aid sc. „ff i dent opportunity to be heard, the City Council deems it to be to
the best interest of said City aril its inhabitants that such recommendation
be approved;
NOW, THEREFORE, SE IT ORDAINED BY THE ^ I TY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
EULESS, TEXAS:
IT IS ' iiEilY ORDERED that the Official !'istrict Zoning 1ap of the
City of Euless, Texas, being a part of Ordinance °s`Jo. `";, be amended to read
as follows:

This Ordinance shall be in f:ll Force and effect from and after Its
passage as by law provided.

Texas; and given SECOND READING, passed and approved on the 27th ;lay of
