Upon the basis of an engineering and traffic investigate:. ' heretofore made as authorized by the provisions of Soction 167 and 169 of Article XIX, R.C.S. 67014, Uniform Act Regulating rafiic on iiig:.- ways, the foll.owi.ng prima facie speed limits hereafter indicated for vehicles are hereby determined and declared to be reasonable and safe; and such speed limits are hereby fixed at the rate of speed indicated for vehicles traveling upon the named streets and highways, or parts thereof# described as follawse Control 94 -02• State Highway 183< • (a) From Station 670JBO (Southwest City Limits of Euless, being also the City Limits-of Hurst) northeasterly 1.689 miles to Station 760f00 at 'SU miles ,per 'hour::. -2- (b) From Station 760100 (1.689 miles northeast of Hurst - Euless City Limits) northeasterly 2.557 miles to Station 895100 at 45-miles per hour. (1) School Crossing - From Station 827100 to Station 841100 at 35 miles per hour when so signed for School Crossing, 45 miles per hour all other times. (2) North and South Frontage Roads - From Station 852132 northeasterly 0.478 mile to Station 877154 at 30 miles per hour. (c) From Station 895100 easterly 2.317 miles to Station 1015188 (East City Limits of Euless, being also the City Limits of Irving, and Tarrant- Dallas County Line) at 60 miles per hour. Section 2. Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not more than two hundred ($200) dollars.
