THAT the area and territory described in said Exhibits "A" and "B" is less than two square miles and contains more than two hundred and less than ten thousand inhabitants, and including only areas used and to be used for Town purposes, same to be occupied by Dwellings and other buildings, Commercial and Industrial and appurtenances thereto. GREETINGS: TAKE notice that an Election will be held within the Boundaries of the proposed Village of Euless, Texas, as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, on the 21 s t day of February, A. D. 1953, at the Euless Methodist Church Annex, for the purpose of submission of the question of "Incorporation" or "No Incorporation" of the proposed "Village of Euless, Texas", pursuant to the Pro— visions of Title 28, Chapter 11, of the Revised Civil Statutes of Texas, 1925 revision as amended. THE polls for said Election shall be opened and to remain open from 7:00 o'clock A. M. to 7:00 o'clock P. M., and shall be held in accordance with the General Election Laws of the State of Texas, and such laws relating to Incorporation of Municipalities, as provided in the Title and Chapter aforementioned. EVERY person who has attained the age of twenty --one (21) years and who has resided within the limits of the proposed Village for six months next preceding the date of holding such Election, and is a qualified Elector under the Laws of the State of Texas, shall be entitled to vote at such Election.
