O It appearing to the Court that said election was duly and properly held in the schoolhouse aforesaid in the City of Euless on the 11th day of November, 1950, and it appearing that Mrs. S. W. Mille, who was duly appointed Judge of said election by this Court, filed on the 11th day of November, 1950, her affidavit declaring that W. R. O Fuller had been elected Mayor, with a total of 25 vores out of a total of 38 votes cast .r{ U) that E. V. Anderson had been elected Marshal, with a total of 29 votes out of 38 votes 01 A -1 +' oast; that C. A. Horton, with 33 votes, S. W. Mille, with 31 votes, A. E. Tillery, O O with 26 votes, W. T. Jordan, and hereby moved said Court to authorize the County Clerk to enter on the minutes of Bald Court a judgment nunc pro tune certifying the election of a Mayor, Marshal and five Alderman of the City of Euless on November 11, 1950- 1. Euless is a municipal corporation, incorporated under Chapter il, Title 28 of the 1925 Revised Civil Statutes. Said City of Euless was incorporated at an election duly authorised by this Court on the 23rd day of September, 1950. 2. i On the 11th day of November, 1950, a duly authorized election of officers was held' at the schoolhouse In the City of Euless, Texas, and the following officers were elects : Mayor - R. W. Fuller, with 25 votes 9' Marshal - E. V. Anderson, with 29 votes Aldermen: C. A. Horton - 23 votes S. W. Mille - 31 votes A. E. Tillery - 26 votes W. T. Arnett - 25 votes G. L. Anderson - 23 votes The aforesaid officers duly qualified as such, entered upon the duties of said offices immediately after the election and have continued to perform said duties. 3• The movant now shows that for the puvpoee of completing the election proceedings 365 an order nuno pro tunc should now be entered, certifying to the election results held In the City of Euless on November 11th, 1950, and certifying that said officers afore- named were duly elected. Machinery Company of Dallas, Texas, at price of $2,995.00. -0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0- 24965 PURCHASING A GENT AUTHORIZED TO HAVE REPAIRS MADE ON ) CATERPILLAR D-7, BELONGING TO PCT. #1, BY R. B. GEORGE EQUIPMENT CO. [November 13, A motion was made by Commisslcner Henderson, seconded by Commissioner Owens and carried that the Purchasing Agent be, and he Is hereby authorized to have repairs made on a Caterpillar dozer, D-7, belonging to Precinct No. 1. Said repairs to be made by the R. B. George Equipment Company at cost of $754.27. -0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0- 24966 PURCHASING AGENT AUTHORIZED TO PURCHASE MIXED CONCRETE FROM FT. WORTH SAND R GRAVEL CO.
